How do I place an order?
Add the products you like to your cart and check out on our website. It only takes a minute. You can also order directly on WhatsApp at +961 81 041 027, and we'll take care of the rest.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery only. You pay when your order arrives.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all areas of Lebanon. We don't ship internationally at the moment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you place your order. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free delivery, and the current offer is always shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Are returns free?
Yes. Returns within 14 days are free, and we cover the return delivery cost. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number to start a return.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 14 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original packaging. Returns are free: we cover the return delivery cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is sent via Whish Money transfer. See our full Refund Policy.
