Refund policy

Returns You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp at +961 81 041 027 or by email at kitchyquip@gmail.com with your order number.

Return delivery: Return delivery fees are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will let you know if your return is approved. Approved refunds are sent via Wish Money transfer.

Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.

Items that can't be returned: Items that have been used or washed, or that are not in their original packaging, cannot be returned.
